Processing Time
I take great care in preparing your order, aiming to dispatch within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. If there are any unexpected delays, I’ll keep you informed.
International Delivery
- Europe Standard Delivery: Enjoy international standard delivery with tracking within Europe via FedEx/DHL courier. This service typically takes 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday). Saturday delivery may be available in certain countries. The cost will be calculated at checkout based on your country.

For the Rest of the World:
- Standard Delivery: Takes 4-6 business days. The cost will be calculated at checkout based on your country.
- Priority Delivery: Also tracked and typically takes about 2-3 business days worldwide. Transit times and delivery commitments may vary depending on the origin and destination of your shipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey, utilizing the tracking services of DHL or FedEx.
Domestic Shipping (Latvia)
All deliveries within Latvia are free! You can choose from:
- DPD pickup point (the closest pickup point to your delivery address will be selected)
- Omniva pickup point (the closest pickup point to your delivery address will be selected)
- Courier delivery to your door
All options have a delivery time of 1-3 business days, in addition to the processing time mentioned above.
Import Taxes and Duties
- For orders within the European Union, all import taxes and duties are included in the final price.
- For orders outside the European Union, prices displayed do not include taxes and duties. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes upon arrival. Entropic Jewellery is not responsible for any customs charges.
Damage and Lost Products
Entropic Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
